APPLYING FOR CEUs FROM TRAINING RECEIVED AT MEETINGS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PRE-APPROVED.
You may receive CEUs for training you received at a meeting that has not been pre-approved for CEUs, including sessions held by a company agronomist.  These are the steps to follow:

1)     Submit an agenda for the meeting, including instructor name and title, within 30 days of the meeting to the CaCCA office in Sacramento.  Include a list of the CCAs who attended and their CCA number(s).  The request may be for an individual, a group of employees, a session offered by UCCE, or any other qualifying session and trainer.
2)     Submit a completed Meeting/Course Approval Request Form along with the agenda and attendee list.
CCA will evaluate your agenda and award CEUs according to the CCA guidelines.
